Hop Farm Brewing Company is teaming up with Chef Stephen Eldridge of soon-to-open Provision PGH in Smallman Galley, and Chef Dennis Marron for a special one-night-only dinner.
On Tuesday, November 24, join the fun at Hop Farm’s Lawrenceville brewery for a four-course meal, with beer pairings.
On the menu:
- Reception: Crispy Chicken Skin + Biscuits + Old Bay Butter + Pickle, paired with Sour American Blonde ale with Blueberries
- Appetizer: Homemade Knackwurst + Kraut + Mustard Seed + Fine Herbs paired with One Nut Brown
- Vegetable: Fall Greens + Toasted Hop Vinaigrette + Pt Reyes Bleu Cheese + Pomegranate + Dried Apricot + Crispy Mushroom, paired with Harvest IPA
- Meat: Beer Braised Beef Cheeks + Mirepoix + Cipollini Onion + Brulee Grits + Citrus + Gremolata + Braising Jus, paired with Russian Imperial Stout
- Sweet: Sticky Toffee Pudding, paired with Fresh Pot of Porter
Tickets are $30 each, and can be purchased by calling Hop Farm at 412-726-7912. Though the event is listed as sold out, there are still a few tickets available – but they’ll go quickly.
