There’s a new winter menu available at Upper St. Clair’s Wild Rosemary Bistro, with hearty, seasonal fare from Chef Gloria Fortunato.
The BYOB’s new menu includes Fortunato’s take on classic Mediterranean dishes, like a Whole Branzino, served with salty oven fries.
Other new dishes:
- Quail with country pate, and bacon jam
- Bone-in Pork Chop, with espresso sauce
- Grilled Scallops, with fresh bucatini and roasted tomatoes
- Pappardelle Bolognese, slow-cooked all day with veal, pork, and beef
