Pittsburghers, you now have a new rooftop bar to enjoy this summer!
BRGR East Liberty has quietly opened a summertime pop-up on their stellar rooftop called The Wayfarer.
Called a “warm weather libation-based rooftop oasis,” by the bar’s manager, the Wayfarer offers tropical vibes along with island-style cocktails, like Aperol Spritz and rosé specials, too.
They also offer small plates and bites, with a menu that includes grilled corn, jerk chicken wings and Hawaiian rolls with crispy pork belly. Over on the drink menu, you’ll find margaritas, daiquiris, and a must-try cocktail called the Tiger Lily, which incorporates bourbon, rum, Tiki bitters, mango-passion fruit and banana into one immensely sippable libation.
Since they opened earlier this year, the pop-up has been hosting a number of special events with local DJs, which include activities like tarot card readings and drink specials.
The Wayfarer is s located on BRGR’s rooftop patio, the perfect spot to enjoy warm summer nights in East Liberty. The bar is open open Wednesdays through Saturdays from 6:00 p.m. to late, and on Sundays from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
