In July, Pittsburgh was very excited to hear that the Virginia-based underground dining club, The Underground Kitchen, was coming to Pittsburgh for their first ever event.
Underground Kitchen events give guests access to a one-night-only pop up dinners in an undisclosed location. The exact menu and location are kept a secret until just before the event takes place. Guests can expect a high-style, multi-course dinner.Â
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, the organization is returning to Pittsburgh as part of their “Love Tour.” The event will be held on Saturday, February 11th, at 7:00 p.m. and is themed “The Perfect Pair.”
Chef Matthew Tlusty, former executive chef at Julep’s in Richmond, will take the lead in the kitchen, creating a menu that features his unique take on seasonal southern dishes that celebrate the food of love. Guests can expect to see foods that improve blood flow and help reignite the food lover in all of us.
Tickets are $150 and can be purchased online.
