There are still tickets left for tonight’s “Sporkmade: Pasta,” a five-course event featuring homemade pasta with Chef Christian Frangiadis.
The menu for the event includes:
First Course
Campanelle, huitlacoche, caramelized onions, feta
Suggested Wine: Moutardier Brut Champagne
Second Course
Tagliatelle, sauce Bolognese, Grana Padano
Suggested Wine: Bava Barbera
Third Course
Smoked squid ink fusilli, octopus, chorizo, asparagus, oven roasted tomatoes, lobster broth, burnt lemon
Suggested Wine: Margrande Fiano del Salento
Fourth Course
Smoked brisket ravioli, kale, carrot, chive oil, espresso-tomato sauce
Suggested Wine: Vina Hispana Rioja
Dessert: Cookie Table
Tickets are $50 per person, or $75 with an optional wine pairing, and can be purchased online. Hurry – there are only a few tickets left!
