The Pittsburgh Beer Fest kicks off today, and its practically sold-out status (a few Friday tickets are still available) is the just latest indicator that craft beer in Pittsburgh is having a moment. An explosion of local breweries in the last couple of years has given us access to really fantastic Pittsburgh-made brews, and ever-changing draft lists mean that we never run out of new ones to try.
Wondering how to keep up with it all? Follow these 10 Twitter accounts, and you’ll be in the know.

Smith also breaks his own East End Brewing news, making the announcement on his own site first that the brewery would be opening a new spot in the Strip District after the Pittsburgh Public Market closes. And lots, and lots of interaction with fans and followers.
