It’s Restaurant Week in Pittsburgh, with over 70 area restaurants offering special prix fixe deals from August 11 through August 17. Most restaurants are featuring a three-course prix fixe option for $35.14, though if you want to save a few bucks, there are some deals to be found – including a few meals for $20.14.
We’ve scoured the RW menus from participating menus, and have chosen the top ten dishes that we (and you!) absolutely must try. Though Restaurant Week is only seven days long, we’re going to do our best to sample as much as we can – and to encourage our favorite restaurants to keep these treats on their menus a little longer!
Good Food Pittsburgh’s Top 10 Restaurant Picks:
Grit & Grace: 5 Dim Sum for $20.14 Don’t miss the Pork Belly Bites, which they’ll have featured on the menu this week.

Matteo’s: $25.14 Multi-Course Dinner Matteo’s has a great Restaurant Week lineup in the works, with lots, and lots, of choices. We’ll be trying the Gorgonzola Capeletti, with mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes and spinach in a Gorgonzola butter sauce.
