Ready for some sweet news?
Braddock’s Superior Motors is hosting a six-course dinner revolving around one of the greatest foods on Earth: ice cream.
They’re teaming up for the dinner with OddFellows Ice Cream, a New York City-based ice cream chain known for inventive flavors, like Black Olive Coffee with Blueberry Compote, Buttermilk Apple, Yuzu Pineapple Green Peppercorn Sorbet, Rosemary-Scented Goat Milk with Concord & Walnuts, and Olive Oil Blackberry.
The collaboration dinner between Superior Motors’ Kevin Sousa and OddFellows’ Sam Mason is happening on Sunday, December 2, with reservations available from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. Mason, a pastry chef and co-owner of OddFellows, is the former pastry chef at Wylie Dufresne’s WD-50 Michelin-starred WD~50, and also served as the host of IFC’s ‘Dinner With The Band.’
And, while every dish at the dinner will include some element inspired by ice cream, it won’t be a complete sweet fest. Four of the six courses will be savory.
Tickets to the event are $115 per person. There is also an additional beverage pairing option, featuring drinks from Superior’s bar manager Jeremy Bustamante, and made with OddFellows ice cream, for $50 a person.
Reservations are available online.
