Casbah is celebrating summer with a special prix fixe dinner menu featuring heirloom tomatoes and local corn.
Their Tomato & Corn Dinner Menu will be served tonight through Thursday. Seats are $45 per person for the four-course dinner, with a $20 optional wine pairing.

Sea Scallops, with melon, prosciutto, Sungold tomato, roasted corn, old Balsamic and pea tendrils

Sweet Corn Polenta, with Heirloom tomato salad, basil, Riverview Farms chevre and nut granola

Third:
Wild Alaskan Halibut, with sheep milk and corn ravioli, creamed corn, tomato jam, and crispy shallots

Fourth:
Pine Nut Coffee Cake, with roasted corn ice cream, tomato compote, and yellow tomato syrup
