Rosé, s’il vous plaît!
Wigle Whiskey is ringing out summer with a “Brosé All Day” party at the Barrelhouse on the North Side!
In honor of the re-release of Wigle’s Pressed Pennsylvania Pommeau, the distillery is celebrating in “the most basic way possible” – a taco and rosé party.
A French spirit, Pommeau is made by combining apple brandy with pressed apple cider, and is closer to an aperitif than a whiskey. This is the third batch to be released by Wigle Whiskey.
For the event, Baby Loves Tacos will be serving tacos, and Wigle will be mixing up rosé cocktails made with Pressed Pommeau. These cocktails will feature Sweet Lou’s Brosé, a special collaboration between Lou DiDonato and The Pittsburgh Winery.
There will also be live music, as the Semi-Supervillians will be playing from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
This event will be held on August 25 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Wigle Whiskey Barrelhouse and Whiskey Garden on the Northside. Tickets are $15 per person and include cocktails, pour of Pressed Pennsylvania Pommeau, and the live entertainment.
