Big news is coming from the Smallman Galley!
The Strip District food hall has announced that for the next month, a brand-new pop-up will be joining the lineup.
crumb., an all-vegan concept from Abbigail Hansel, who owns the mobile vegan bakery Relish (known for those super-Instagramable techni-colored doughnuts), will feature a selection of Beyond Meat burgers, Seitan chicken wings, salads, and more.
A few menu highlights include the Blue Moon Burger, with greens, house blue cheese, and triple-breaded onion rings, the BBQ Burger, with avocado herb spread, BBQ jackfruit, and onion straws, and the Garden Burger, withs easonal pickled vegetables, greens, tomatoes, and roasted garlic aioli. Elsewhere on the menu, guests can find Herbed Focaccia-Crusted Seitan Wings, and a Shrimp Po’boy, served with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and spicy aioli.
Brunch will be served on the weekends, and will feature vegan versions of breakfast sandwiches with toasted fennel sausage, and a tofu scramble, with potatoes, greens, toast and gravy.
crumb. will launch on December 1, and will be at the Galley until the end of the year.
At the beginning of the new year, another concept, Ba-Co, which will feature Southern Barbecue and Latin American cuisine, will replace the pop-up.
