You’ve heard of farm-to-table, but what about field-to-bottle?
Wigle Whiskey is harvesting hops this weekend at Soergel Orchards, and they’re inviting you to help them.
The hops will be used to make the next batch of Wigle Hopped Whiskey, with the first batch set to be released in just six weeks.
This isn’t the first time that Wigle has hosted a public hops harvest – last year’s hops went into both their hopped whiskey, and Full Pint Brewing beers.
