Favorite Pittsburgh chocolatiers: Lux Artisan Chocolates and Lindsey Clark of Coddle and Cosset. You can get individual and boxed Coddle and Cosset truffles at 4121 Main and she has a subscription service, which I sign up for whenever it’s offered. Her truffles are the creamiest, most surprising bites of ganache I’ve had around here. There’s honey chèvre, fig and pecorino, maple, and so many other deliciously complex flavors in addition to just extremely well-executed dark chocolate.
