It’s official: Federal Galley is open, and they’ve brought the good stuff.
The restaurant incubator (the sister restaurant to Smallman Galley in the Strip District) includes four restaurant concepts that offer everything from burgers to Green Chile Enchiladas. We took a food tour of all four restaurants, and are excited to share our first bites. On the menu:
- Provision Fries: With squash puree, lentils, goat cheese, pickled onion and lemon aioli
- Butter-Squash Pudding: Butterscotch and roasted squash pudding with torched marshmallow fluff and sunflower and oat Streusel
- ‘Street’-style Brussels Sprouts, with lemon aioli, cotija, lime and chile
- Tres Leches: Vanilla sponge cake with Horchata soak, Dulce cream and pickled fruit
- Woodward Ave. White: Mozzarella, ricotta, red pepper flake, lemon zest, garlic oil
- Packard Pepperoni: Red sauce, mozzarella, pickled chiles, pepperoni, hot honey
- Veggie Burgers: Black bean and soy tempeh burgers, almond ‘queso,’ tomato jam, Fall greens, potato roll
- Hangar Steak with Foie Gras: With duckfat fries, Brussels sprouts with baked grapes and sour apple compote
- Caramel Apple Cheesecake: With sour apple compote, spicy pecans (vegan and gluten-free)
