Big news from Federal Galley….
That’s right, the second outpost from the Galley Group is officially opening on Tuesday, December 5 in Nova Place on the North Side.Â
Like its sister space, Smallman Galley, Federal Galley will house four restaurant concepts and a full bar. The restaurants include:Â
Michigan & Trumbull: Detroit natives Kristen Calverley and Nate Peck are bringing a taste of their hometown to Pittsburgh. They’ll have Detroit-style deep-dish pizza, along with fries, salad and antipasti.Â
Provision PGH: Stephen Eldridge and Susan Cope first opened Provision PGH in the Smallman Galley, and are now bringing their take on American cuisine, featuring their famous ‘The Burger,’ to Federal Galley.Â
El Lugar: Eldridge and Cope’s second Federal Galley concept serves Traditional Mexican flavors in non-traditional dishes, including corned beef tongue tacos, Bloody Mary ceviche, and green chile enchiladas.Â
Supper: Vincent Perry, formerly of Revel & Roost, is heading up Supper, which will feature New American cuisine, with vegan or vegetarian dishes taking over more than half of the menu. Keep an eye out for duck fat fries, grilled cheese with tomato jam, and olive oil-poached Sea Bass.Â
