If you’re excited for the upcoming Pyeongchang Olympic games, and looking for a place to watch snowboarding, curling, and hockey with a cocktail in hand, Evangeline has you covered.
For the entire month of February, Evangeline, the cocktail bar located in the mezzanine of The Distrikt Hotel, is transforming into an alpine-inspired, ski lodge popup bar. This cozy lodge is complete with winter sport decorations, an olympic-themed menu, and TVs playing the events for the duration of the games.
The menu features mulled wine, Black Forest cocoa, and various cocktails, all with fun Olympic-themed names. For example, lookout for drinks like the “The Vonn,” “Pass The Torch,” and the “Triple Lutz.”
On the food side, guests can expect cheese fondue, dark chocolate fondue, oysters, soup, pâté, and charcuterie. The full menu can be viewed online.
This bar is held in collaboration with Toll Gate Revival, who handled the decor for the project.
