On the podcast this week, Emily and Madeline take a road trip!
Part 1
We’re heading back from a visit to Paul Family Farms, the producers of some of the best maple syrup and honey found in Pennsylvania. It’s maple syrup season on the Galeton farm, and we got to see the process from start to finish.
Part 2
Moving on from an (awesome) local business, we talk about all things… fast food! Is it awful? Is it wonderful? Is it something in between? Plus, we share our favorite fast food orders, and argue about whether or not we should be ashamed of them. (Oh, and if you wondered if McDonald’s has the best tasting Diet Coke… here’s your answer).
Part 3
Pittsburgh is a beer town, and there are some fantastic beer bars in the city. We chat about Hough’s, Independent Brewing Company, Carson Street Deli, Sharp Edge, and all of the other places in town where you can find deep tap lists.
Part 4
The best things that we ate this week came from Legume, and… Florida?
