We can’t remember being this excited about an event. And, even though it feels like the holidays are a million years away… they’re not. So Good Food Pittsburgh is pleased to announce the very first Good Food Pittsburgh Holiday Cookie Swap on Saturday, November 14 at the Pittsburgh Public Market!
Do you make the very best sugar cookies in town? Have a waiting list for your spritzs? Finally got the secret family recipe for Grandma’s famous chocolate chip bars? Then get into the holiday spirit early, and join us for the very first Good Food Pittsburgh Holiday Cookie Swap.
Like any good holiday cookie swap, participants will bring batches of their own homemade cookies to swap with other home bakers… but this one will be huge. Dozens of Pittsburgh-area bakers will be bringing their favorite cookies the Pittsburgh Public Market to swap and share. Plus, each swapper will be entered to win a cookie contest, with winners determined by a panel of Pittsburgh friends and foodies – and some pretty stellar prizes will be awarded.
At the end of the swap, you’ll go home with a variety of homemade cookies, ready to go in the freezer until the holidays… if you can wait that long to enjoy them
