Lower Burrell’s Conny Creek Brewing Company is sharing some big news – after a soft-open test run, they’re officially opening their doors on Saturday, October 21.
As we reported earlier this month, Conny Creek Brewing Company, from husband-and-wife team Lee and Erin Layton, will have about nine drafts on their inaugural tap menu, including:
- Stressed Out – a sour dry hopped with Citra hops
- BS’N – Belgian Ale
- CCESL – Cream Ale
- Only One – a malty English ale
- Easin’ the Tension – an American pale ale
- Not So Honest Lincoln – Belgian IPA
- La Haze – a hazy IPA, dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops
- Sheek’s Stout
The brewery, which is located just off Route 56, will be open from noon to 11:00 p.m. After its official opening on Saturday, it will be open on Thursdays from 3:00 to 10:00 p.m., Fridays from 3:00 to 11:00 p.m., Saturdays from noon to 11:00 p.m., and Sundays from noon to 8:00 p.m.
