Though the staples on Bistro 19’s locally-sourced menu aren’t to be missed (we do love a good center-cut filet mignon), the new summer menu additions from chef Jessica Gibson Bauer are too good to pass up.
New additions to the dinner menu include:
- Seared Duck Breast with honey pistachio glaze, cous cous risotto, haricot vert, drizzled with a strawberry vonaifrette
- Seared Scallops, blistered tomato and corn bacon relish, basmati rice with lobster crème
- Cremini and Fontina Ravioli, roasted eggplants, zucchini spinach crème
- BBQ Pork Belly, cheddar grits, lime corn and tomato relish, chive crème
- Gouda Chilean Seabass Dip served with grilled naan
