Each month, Braddock’s American Brasserie introduces a special new pierogi to their menu, and for February, they’re going Italian.
In honor of National Italian Food Day on February 13, they’re rolling out some Italian goodness with a pierogi stuffed with Ricci’s Italian Sausage and Ricotta Cheese. Then, they’re deep-fried, smothered in marinara and topped with shredded Parmesan.
