If you think that Thanksgiving dinner is just too good to be limited to one day a year, you’re in luck. These 12 Pittsburgh restaurants have created Thanksgiving-inspired dishes that will give you your fill of turkey, gravy and cranberry sauce all month long.
Gobble Gobble Burger at BRGR
Just consider it Thanksgiving between two buns. The Gobble Gobble is a turkey burger topped with sage stuffing, pickled green beans, cranberry aioli and turkey gravy. Pair it with a Pumpkin Pie Shake for maximum holiday deliciousness. It’s available at all BRGR locations, but only for a limited time.

Let’s Get Basted Tacos at Condado Tacos
Downtown’s Condado Tacos has a Thanksgiving special all month long, with a South-of-the-Border kick. Try their Let’s Get Basted taco, made with shredded turkey and served with a whiskey, cranberry and Srircha gravy. Plus, they have a special cranberry jam guacamole, and a cranberry sage margarita on the specials menu, too.

The Bird at Steel Cactus
Steel Cactus is serving up their own take on a Thanksgiving burrito this year. Their version is made with roasted turkey that’s been basted with sweet sage butter, two kinds of potatoes (maple-whipped sweet potatoes and herb-mashed Yukon gold potatoes), plus fire-roasted poblano corn relish, then slathered in queso gravy and served with a side of cranberry guacamole. It’s available at every Steel Cactus location until December 1.

Thanksgiving Boxty at Piper’s Pub
Right around this time every year, Piper’s Pub puts their seasonal Thanksgiving Boxty! The huge, crispy potato pancake stuffed with oven-roasted turkey, homemade stuffing and turkey gravy with cranberry sauce on the side. They’ll be available every weekend through Thanksgiving, including brunch on Black Friday and through Thanksgiving weekend.

Thanksgiving Balls at Emporio
Thanksgiving balls are back at Emporio! From now through the end of November, enjoy the turkey meatballs, made with stuffing and cranberries, either plain, in a sandwich, or in their ‘Thanksgiving Bowl,’ complete with white cheddar mashed potatoes, sweet corn, and turkey gravy.

The Gobblerito at Mad Max
The Gobblerito is a classic… in fact, it’s always big news when they announce its arrival every year. http://goodfoodpgh.wpengine.com/mad-mexs-gobblerito-returns-early-this-year/ The seasonal burrito is stuffed with house-roasted turkey, mashed black bean potatoes, stuffing and corn and then covered in gravy and served with a side of tangy cranberry sauce. You can get it in any Mad Mex location until Thanksgiving Day, November 23.

Thanksgiving Burger at Burgatory
Burgatory’s famous Thanksgiving Burger will run from November 13 through November 26. They’ll be using garlic-crusted turkey from Lancaster’s Sensenig Farms to create the turkey burger, and toppig it with Farmhouse cheddar, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn gravy and cranberry jam. While you’re there, get a Pumpkin Pie Shake, available in both regular and vegan.

Thanksgiving Pierogies at Braddock’s Pittsburgh Brasserie
Braddock’s monthly pierogi special has a holiday bent this month. It’s stuffed with mashed potatoes and turkey, and served over a bed of stuffing, then topped with turkey gravy and a cranberry gastrique.

Smoked Turkey Waffle at Pig Iron Public House
House-smoked turkey and deep-fried mashed potato balls are served over a waffle MADE OF stuffing, then topped with gravy. Need we say more? (Yes, actually. It’s available at Pig Iron Public House until the end of the month).

The Clucker at Waffles, INCaffeinated
Starting on November 13, Waffles INCaffeinated is bringing back their Thanksgiving favorite, ‘The Clucker.’ It will feature a stuffing-flavored waffle, served with chicken-cranberry sausage, covered in chicken gravy, garnished with fresh cranberries and drizzled in cranberry reduction.

It’s a western Pennsylvania favorite… and it’s available right now. getGo is serving up their very own take on a Thanksgiving sub, with roast turkey, white cheddar, cranberry sauce, gravy, and served on their famous stuffing bread.

Turk’d Up at The Yard
The Yard’s famous Thanksgiving grilled cheese sandwich is a super-delicious take on a Thanksgiving dinner. You’ll get two slices of grilled Texas toast, stuffed with sliced turkey, mashed potatoes, corn, stuffing, gravy and cheddar cheese – plus it’s served with a homemade cranberry cobbler, too.
