Bakn, the bacon-centric restaurant in Carnegie, has just opened a new location in Warrendale.
The restaurant, located in Marshall Village, will feature many of the same menu items as Bakn’s original location, including their signature Roasted Pork Belly, Bakn Bleu Cheese Burgers, and Pork Belly Tacos, along with a few additional bacon-stuffed options, like:
- The PB&J:Â Pork Belly and Apple Jelly with slaw, and crisp apple chips on a toasted roll
- The Nibbler:Â Sriracha bacon, crispy pork belly, and bacon with honey jam
- The BLT Cocktail:Â Bulleit Bourbon, lemon juice and tonic
The Warrendale restaurant will also feature an expanded bar with a healthy selection of whiskey.
Bakn’s Carnegie location received some national attention with an appearance on the Food Network’s Ginormous Food, highlighting their Bacon Quake, a massive pancake taco stuffed with bacon.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, and is open Mondays through Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m., and Sundays from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
